Program Manager
As Program Manager, Miles helps to optimize Unite America's partnerships and external affairs pipelines through utilization of communications and data tracking tools.

Miles comes to Unite America from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he worked as a Senior Project Manager, helping to reimagine internal government processes to be more efficient and taxpayer-friendly. Prior to his role with the FDA, Miles served as a Political Appointee to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the Biden-Harris Administration. In his role there, he served under the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources and helped to facilitate various projects similarly focused on increasing the efficiency of taxpayer-funded federal government programs. Before then, he was an intern for the first-ever paid class of White House interns where he served the Office of Presidential Correspondence.

Miles also has years of political campaign experience, most notably helping to create the student and youth voter turnout program for the U.S. Senate and Presidential coordinated campaign in 2020 where he and his team were successful in achieving a record-high turnout for young Arizona voters. He also worked as a Finance Director for a competitive gubernatorial race in Arizona, helping to raise millions for a longshot candidate.

Miles has also served in the U.S. Navy reserves since 2018 as a Hospital Corpsman. He holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law and a Master’s of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.

In his free time, Miles enjoys watching movies, hiking, spending time with family, and caring for his dogs.
