Tell Us About Yourself.

I'm a socially tolerant and fiscally responsible Ohioan trying to make things just a little bit better in the Nation's Capitol.

What Does Being A "Centrist" Mean To You, And Why Did You Get Involved?

Being a "Centrist" to me does not mean taking the moderate position on every issue. Rather, being a Centrist is about promoting the best outcomes for our communities, no matter which end of the ideological spectrum the solution comes from. I got involved with the Centrist Project because I believe in its mission and leadership. I once heard Nick say that we shouldn't have to choose between a party that believes in math and a party that believes in science. That statement has guided my political engagement for the last few years.

What Is A Policy Issue You Are Passionate About And Why?

The top priorities for American leaders should be to promote economic growth, restore trust in our institutions, and ensure equal opportunity for our citizens.

How Do You Think We Can Unite Our Country And Fix Politics?

We must be confident enough in our own convictions to be able to listen openly to those we disagree with. When we understand the philosophies and incentives of our political opposites, it allows us to identify our shared purpose and make progress towards solving the nation's issues.
