The Height of Partisanship

This would almost be funny, if it weren't so sad and serious.  A poll of Louisiana Republicans found that more blamed President Obama for the botched response to Hurricane Katrina (29%) than blamed President Bush (28%).

Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank reports on the findings, along with some amusing commentary:  "Everybody knows Barack Obama couldn’t have been responsible for the Katrina response because he was in Indonesia in 2005, learning about his Muslim faith in a madrassa."
