Before joining the team at Unite America, Holly was a Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising, a leading consultancy specializing in fundraising strategy, campaign planning, and interim development management. During her CCS tenure, Holly designed, launched, and supported fundraising initiatives at NAACP, UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders USA, The Nature Conservancy, Schwarzman Scholars, MIT Schwarzman College of Computing, Barnard College, Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, NYU Langone Health, and others.

Prior to CCS, Holly worked as an analyst at Oxford Analytica, an independent geopolitical analysis and consulting firm, based in Oxford, UK. Holly began her career teaching English at a top science and engineering university in northeastern China.

Holly holds a BA from Princeton University, MA from SOAS University of London, and MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. A dual US - UK citizen, Holly lives outside New York City with her husband and two children. Beyond spending time with her family, she enjoys traveling, crossword puzzling, playing tennis, and attending all types of theatrical performances.
