From the Unite Colorado website:
As Democrats and Republicans move further to their respective extremes, Colorado’s state legislature has become more polarized than ever before and is now the most polarized in the country.
The result is that many Coloradans are left without a voice in our government, and the legislature itself has become paralyzed by increasing partisanship. Bottom line: there is little progress on the issues we all care about, from infrastructure to education.
A majority (53%) of Colorado voters believe both parties are not working well together to solve the state’s problems.
