Norm Higgins, ME HD - 120

Norm Higgins is re-running for his seat as House Representative for District 120. He is a life-long educator and proponent of political collaboration.

Norm Higgins is running for re-election for his seat as representative of Maine's House District 120. Norm began his professional career in the National Guard after which he turned onto the educational path, as a high school Social Studies teacher for almost two decades. Afterwards he rose to high school principal and finally Superintendent of Schools. Simultaneously, Norm entered the political realm as an experienced educational professional; he served as a consultant for Maine's Department of Education for more than a decade. 

Norm has demonstrated his professional prowess through decades of accumulated experience as well as a previous term as Representative for the district. 

Norm holds a Bachelor's Degree in History as well as a Masters of Education from the University of Maine. He lives in Dover - Foxcroft with his wife, Helen.
