Kendall Lambert is running for Vermont’s State House for the District of Orleans 2. Kendall’s community involvement intersects with her professional life; she currently serves as the Administrative Director of the Memphremagog Watershed Association.

A former Republican, Lambert found herself disillusioned with a GOP bent on putting forth policies which “seek to codify racism, sexism, discrimination, and inequality.” While in the midst of her campaign, Lambert decided to reject her party affiliation and run as an independent. She felt that an unaffiliated stance would best benefit her belief system as well as her potential constituents in Orleans 2.

Lambert is a vocal ambassador for sustainable agricultural development as well as for Vermont’s utmost needs, including investments in the educational system.
