Bill Bass, NY CD-24
Running for: Congress, NY-24
Bill is an Environmental Scientist running for Congress in NY-24. His experience working in numerous industries including Construction, Education, and Oil and Energy will be invaluable as he serves his district in Congress.
Bill was born in a small town in Central New York. He went on to graduate from the University of Southern California (BA, Political Science), SUNY Polytechnic University (BS, Applied Mathematics), and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (MSc., Bioscience). For the last 5 years, Bill was working as an environmental scientist for Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest Oil and Energy Producer.
Bill quit his job to return home to Central New York and run for Congress because he believes the people of NY-24 deserve better—a Congressman who will represent everyone in our district. For too long, our district has had representatives who cared more about pleasing their party leaders and their corporate donors. Bill wants to restore trust in our democracy and be a true representative for our district. Not afraid to stand up for what he believes is right, Bill will rise above party politics to focus on solving the real problems facing those in his district and across the nation.
If you believe our country deserves leaders who can think independently and who will use
evidence-based decision making to craft policy, Bill is the guy for you!
